Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements

At Miss Mary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help. Below, you’ll find all the details about our cancellation, return, and replacement policies.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t already been processed for shipping. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order is canceled successfully, you’ll receive a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

For size or color exchanges, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (marked as non-returnable)
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
